Osaka Fuji Industries constructs various rolls for the paper industry. Here, we introduce a case of "Wire Roll Thermal Spraying for Breast Rolls." The shapes range from φ300 to 1000 × 4000 to 7000, requiring wear and corrosion resistance. These were used under conditions for transporting wire that dewaters paper raw materials. We applied a thermal spray specification of ceramics (water plasma spraying method) with sealing treatment, and we have received evaluations indicating that the thermal spray products have been in use for over 15 years.
